Your questions seems to be about backing up a Joomla 3 site and restoring it the same site. ....but not about migration from 3.10.x to 5.x.... are you trying to migrate your site to Joomla 5?
Note your system specs are below those required for JOomla 5. PHP 8.1 and Maria DB 10.4 or higher. (Or MYSQL 8.0.x+).

Kickstart may restore such a site to J5 but that's only because it apparently doesn't check for the server requirements, where the Joomla installer itself does.php 7.4.33 5.5.5-10.3.39-MariaDB-0+deb10u2
