You can prevent loading of dodgy scripts with a Content Security Policy (CSP).
Joomla 4 + 5 have an excellent core HTTP Headers plugin where you can configure the CSP: what CSS/JavaScript/Image/Font sources are allowed on your site. Everything else will be denied loading by the browser.
For Joomla 3 there is a backport available: https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/httpheader/
