Extensions for Joomla! 4.x • _ERROR_RX_RECORD_TO O_LONG

I save a site with Akeeba then try to install it locally with MAMP, but the alert appears: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONGSSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TO O_LONG
Any idea what's going on? Thank you for your insight and… advice!
