Templates for Joomla! 5.x • Helix Ultimate Issues (HTTP 500)

Dears,

I do have two bigger issues at the moment. After upgrading to Joomla 5, and changing to a WarpTheme, I'm facing two issues I don't understand.

a) The Template "shaper_helixultimate" is not working. If I click the preview button, there is a failure coming:

b) I was using the WarpTheme "Alisa_free". In the Backend (System - Templates - Site Template Styles) within the template style, there is the possibility to change the "Template Options". If I click on this, I get the following failure notice, implemented in the menu:

An error has occurred.

I think both failure notices are linked together, since there is the need of the helix ultimate plugin & template for the alisa_free template.

Is there anyone who can help me? I am a pretty beginner in this topic, but was "lucky enough" to manage our local mountain rescue website. My google and ChatGPT knowledge is now empty, after many hours of googeling and try and error'ing
