are you logging in the front-end with a super user type login (or author, editor, publisher etc) - I think that will make all articles, published or unpublished or schedule for future publishing to be displayed. Guest, Public or Registered users shouldn't see scheduled published articles until the time is reached as specified in the article publishing optionns.
